RAMALLAH, Saturday, April 4, 2020 (WAFA) – Government‘s spokesman Ibrahim Milhem confirmed on Saturday evening five more cases of the novel Covid-19 (coronavirus) in Palestine, which brings up the total cases to 210.

Milhem said in a press statement that the new five cases were for two young men and a woman from the town of Halhul, north of Hebron city in the south of the West Bank, and contracted the disease from a man who was confirmed as a coronavirus patient last week. The fourth case was reported in nearby Yatta town, while the fifth was reported in the village of Qarawat Bani Zaid near the city of Ramallah.

He added that the five patients were moved to the specialized quarantines of the Ministry of Health each in their governorate.

Of the 210 total in Palestine, 12 are in the Gaza Strip, among whom three have recovered, and the rest are in the West Bank, including 18 recovered and one death.
