RAMALLAH, Friday, July 3, 2020 (WAFA) – The Ministry of Health confirmed today evening two deaths from coronavirus and 204 new cases in the West Bank, bringing the total deaths in Palestine to 15 and the total infections to 3689.

The Ministry said a woman died from the novel disease at the Augusta Victoria Hospital in Jerusalem, while an old woman died from the same disease in the town of Shuyukh, near Hebron in the south of the occupied West Bank.

It pointed out that the latest cases bring up the total deaths registered today to four, and the overall deaths registered since the outbreak of the pandemic in Palestine to 15.

Meanwhile, the Ministry confirmed 204 new cases, including 165 in Hebron, 26 in Jerusalem, eight in Nablus, two in Jericho, one in Qalqilia, one in Bethlehem, and one in Ramallah.

It added that the latest figures raise the total active cases in Palestine to 3037, while the number of recoveries stood at 637.
