GAZA, Tuesday, June 30, 2020 (WAFA) – Israeli navy today opened fire towards Palestinian fishermen as they were sailing off Gaza City coast, forcing them to return to shore, reported WAFA correspondent.
He said that Israeli navy fired live bullets and sound bombs and opened water hoses towards fishermen while sailing some three nautical miles off al-Sudaniya shore in order to get them to abandon fishing, a main source of income for thousands of Gazans, and return home.
Meanwhile, eight Israeli military vehicles, including tanks and bulldozers, infiltrated the southern Gaza borders, went in dozens of meters east of the city of Khan Younis, razed land and set up dirt mounds amidst shooting in the area before returning to base.
