JERICHO, Sunday, March 10, 2019 (WAFA) – A 22-year-old Palestinian youth was shot dead last night by Israeli forces near the occupied West Bank city of Jericho, according to the Ministry of Health.
The youth, identified as Salameh Saleh Kaabneh, was shot dead in mysterious circumstances, while attempting to pass an Israeli checkpoint near Jericho.
The only account of the incident came from the Israeli military which claimed that Kaabneh attempted to ram his car into soldiers manning the checkpoint.
