JERUSALEM, Tuesday, March 19, 2019 (WAFA) – Bulldozers of the Israeli municipality of West Jerusalem demolished today an annex to al-Razi school that was still under construction in Shufat refugee camp, northeast of Jerusalem.

WAFA correspondent in Jerusalem said that Israeli forces raided the camp, forced all students and teachers to leave their school located near an army checkpoint at the entrance to the camp, which is surrounded by an 8-meter high concrete wall, before commencing with the demolition of the two-story annex.

He said the school was not notified in advance of the demolition.

Al-Razi school is attended by a large number of students from the camp, which demanded from the school to add to its structure in order to accommodate the newcomers.
