JENIN, April 13, 2016 (WAFA) – About twenty Palestinian students Wednesday afternoon suffocated as Israeli forces fired tear gas canisters at a girls’ school in Jaba‘ town, south of Jenin, said municipal and paramedic sources.
Israeli forces and intelligence officers raided and thoroughly searched the northern section of Jaba‘, triggering clashes with locals.
During the clashes, forces fired tear gas canisters inside the campus of the local girls’ primary school.
Jaba‘ Municipality and Palestinian Red Crescent paramedics said that about 20 students suffered from excessive tear gas inhalation.
