Clashes with Israeli forces near Jerusalem leave many suffocation cases

JERUSALEM, Saturday, September 28, 2019 (WAFA) – Several Palestinians were treated this morning from suffocation of teargas fired by Israeli forces at residents of Abu Dis village east of Jerusalem, according to local sources.

They said the soldiers raided the village after youth attempted to open a hole in the separation barrier Israel has built and which separates their village from Jerusalem.

Youths clashed with the soldiers, mainly in the vicinity of Al-Quds University campus, throwing rocks at them, while the soldiers fired back teargas and stun grenades causing the suffocation cases.
