RAMALLAH, Saturday, December 29, 2018 (WAFA) – The Palestinian presidency and government condemned on Saturday the terror attack against a tourist bus in Egypt the day before that killed two Vietnamese tourists and injured 10 others.

A statement by the President’s office said the Palestinian people and leadership stand with Egypt and its president, Abdul Fattah al-Sisi, in their fight against terrorism.

“These terror attacks will not shake Egypt’s resolve to fight terrorism by all available means,” it said. “This brotherly country will soon defeat all those targeting its\security, stability and development march.”

Government spokesman Yousef al-Mahmoud also said in a statement that the Palestinian people and its leadership stand with Egypt in fighting “this cowardly terrorism aimed at innocent people and the security and stability of the Egyptian people.”

He expressed belief that Egypt is capable of fighting terrorism and those who stand behind it, calling on Arab countries to stand together in fighting terrorism and extremism targeting the Arab world in particular and the world in general.
