RAMALLAH, October 18, 2017 (WAFA) – The Palestinian government strongly condemned on Wednesday the Israeli military’s recent raids and closures of a number of media production companies in the occupied West Bank.
Government’s spokesman Yousef al-Mahmoud described the raids on PalMedia, TransMedia and Quds TV headquarters and offices in the West Bank as a blatant violation of all international resolutions. He said the assaults come as part of Israel‘s plans to distract attention from the ‘atrocities’ committed by it, adding that such assaults will sap any international efforts, including those of the U.S., to advance peace and security in the region.
