RAMALLAH, March 11, 2017 (WAFA) – President Mahmoud Abbas briefed King Abdullah of Jordan on Saturday about his conversation the night before with US President Donald Trump, particularly the part about the two-state solution and Trump’s commitment to an authentic peace process.
The two leaders, in their second telephone conversation in 24 hours, also talked about the upcoming Arab summit scheduled for the end of this month in the Jordanian capital, Amman, and Arab efforts to unify their ranks and support the Palestinian cause.
They also agreed to continue consultations and coordination between them.
