Israeli forces demolish seven structures in the Jordan Valley

TOUBAS, Thursday, October 18, 2018 (WAFA) – Israeli bulldozers Thursday demolished seven structures and animal barns in the village of Bardala in the northern Valley, according to WAFA correspondent.

He said that Israeli bulldozers demolished all seven structures that belong to Khalid Sawafta and these include three barns, a residential structure and three tents.

Israeli forces have frequently demolished residential structures, including tents, and seized water tanks for the villagers as a means to forcefully displace them and confiscate their lands for settlement construction.

Having no other choice, many Palestinians in Area C of the West Bank, under complete Israeli control, are forced to build without permits to be able to provide a shelter for their families, risking having their buildings demolished in the process.

Meanwhile, in Yabad, in the north of West Bank, Israeli forces seized a mobile home where a woman identified as Hishmeh Hamdouneh, was living, according to Yabad mayor, Samer Abu Bakr.  No reason was given for why the home was seized.
