JERUSALEM, August 29, 2018 (WAFA) – Israeli forces Wednesday demolished a print shop owned by the Summrein family in Silwan, an East Jerusalem neighborhood, and assaulted residents causing them injuries before detaining three.
WAFA correspondent in Jerusalem said a police force raided the neighborhood to demolish the print shop and when the owners and other residents attempted to stop the demolition, they were assaulted by the police who sprayed them with pepper and threw stun grenades at them.
A local medical center adjacent to the demolished print shop said seven people were severely beaten as the demolition was underway and three pregnant women also required medical care.
