RAMALLAH, Sunday, January 09, 2022 (WAFA) - The Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs Commission said a Palestinian prisoner from Nablus, in the northern occupied West Bank, completed today 15 years behind Israeli bars.

The commission in a statement said prisoner Yousif Abdel-Qadel al-Sahli, from Nablus’ Balata refugee camp, completed today 15 years in Israeli jails on charges of membership and participation in Fatah movement and for resisting the occupation.

Sahli is currently being held in the Israeli Negev Desert prison. He was detained in 2007 at the age of 18 and sentenced to 30 years in jail.
