Cancer-stricken Palestinian prisoner completes 18 years behind Israeli bars

 

RAMALLAH, Saturday, April 03, 2021 (WAFA) – Sick Palestinian prisoner Sa’ed Al-Banna, 40, from Tulkarem in the northern occupied West Bank, completed today 18 years behind bars, today said the Palestinian Prisoner Society (PPS).

Al-Banna was arrested in 2003 and was sentenced to life in prison for resisting the occupation.

He has been subjected to deliberate medical negligence over the years by the Israeli prison service (IPS). He suffers from cancer and chronic abdominal problems.
