RAMALLAH, Sunday, September 6, 2020 (WAFA) – Five new deaths from coronavirus were recorded in the last 24 hours in Palestine, according to the minister of health Mai al-Kileh.
She said that two Palestinians in Gaza, and three others in the occupied West Bank district of Hebron and Bethlehem, have died of the coronavirus.
The ministry recorded today 632 new coronavirus cases in the West Bank, distributed as follows: 132 in Hebron, 31 in Nablus, 47 in Bethlehem, 21 in Qalqilia, 50 in Ramallah and al-Bireh, six in Jenin, 10 in the Jordan Valley and Jericho, eight in Tubas, and 21 in Tulkarem, in addition to 162 in Gaza, 80 in Jerusalem, and 42 in its Suburbs.
Besides, the ministry announced that 341 COVID-19 patients recovered from the virus in the last 24 hours.
The ministry said that recovery increased to 67.4 percent, while total active cases reached 32 percent. The death toll account for 0.6 percent.
