Two more deaths from coronavirus in Hebron, total hits 64

RAMALLAH, Sunday, July 19, 2020 (WAFA) – The Ministry of Health announced today that two people died from COVID-19 (coronavirus) in the southern West Bank district of Hebron, the epicenter of the disease in Palestine, bringing up the death toll to 64.

It said a 53-year-old woman died of the disease in Hebron city, while a 69-year-old man died in the nearby town of Yatta.

The ministry said with the death of the two, the total death toll from coronavirus in Palestine has reached 63 since the outbreak of the pandemic in early March.

465 new cases of coronavirus were confirmed in Palestine during the past 24 hours, which raises the total active cases in Palestine to 7,895.
